• We will welcome hard conversations about race and representation in the context of making the photography industry more inclusive for all.

• We will challenge our vendors and partners to work diligently and purposely to reflect diversity in their marketing and events.

• We will encourage our members to create portfolios that reflect the beautiful diversity of our world.  

• We will continue to actively seek to bring contributors to our platform of all backgrounds. 

• We will actively initiate the conversation of diversity with all our vendors, trade shows and events to ensure that we encourage all to work toward a more inclusive representation of the diversity in our industry.

• We will invest in education for our company that will help us continue to learn how to see racial biases more clearly so we can speak out against them.

• We pledge to do our absolute best to make our company an example of a safe, encouraging space for all. A place that celebrates our differences and allows all voices equal weight. We pledge to continually build on the foundation of respect for all photographers, dismantling racial bias when we see it and encouraging all to reach their best potential in their business.
